I’m a leadership coach, author, interim executive, and strategy partner working at the intersection of leadership, endurance, and impact — for people and planet.
I chose to live boldly by design.

For more than two decades, I’ve guided leaders, teams, and organisations across 20+ countries through transformation, crisis, and culture change. Today, I bring that experience to leaders who are navigating complexity, pressure, and responsibility, and want to lead with clarity, courage, and impact when the stakes are high.

At its core, my work is about helping purpose-driven people turn bold vision into decisive, sustainable action. It’s about closing the gap between what you care about and how you lead — without burning out yourself or the systems you serve.

Mine was forged at the edges of human endurance: cycling Africa end-to-end, freediving under Arctic ice, and running 250 km across the Sahara. These weren’t stunts. They were field tests, teaching me, again and again, how clarity, breath, and steady decision-making shape what’s possible.
